Señoras, señores, estoy muy cabreada. Como no tenía muchas cosas que hacer el otro día decidí abrir un frente contra la SGAEE:
Mis razonamientos son los siguientes:
Mi alter ego y yo tenemos una videocámara. Grabamos las típicas chorradas que se suelen grabar: cumpleaños, vacaciones, fines de semana, etc. Esto queda registrado en una cinta MINIDV. Posteriormente lo trasladamos al PC y lo pasamos a un CD. Hasta aquí todo normal.
No contravenimos ninguna norma del código civil ni penal.
Vale.
Ahora viene lo mejor.
El CD en el que yo guardo esas vacaciones románticas me cuesta X euros, de los cuales la SGAE (Soceidad General de Autores y Editores Españoles) se lleva Y euros.
Me pregunto por qué. Me dicen que es porque como creen que poca gente compra los discos que editan algunos miembros de la SGAEE porque los piratean, estos señores y señoras tan imaginativos, que para eso son Autores, se permiten el lujazo (y el Gobierno lo respalda y aprueba) de gravar los CD vírgenes con un canon que ni el de Pachelbel.
Pero como yo no utilizo los CD fraudulentamente estoy pagando un precio más elevado "por si a caso" se me ocurre hacerlo. Es decir: LA SGAEE Y EL GOBIERNO ESPAÑOL ESTÁN ATENTANDO GRAVEMENTE CONTRA MI DERECHO CONSTITUCIONAL A LA PRESUNCIÓN DE INOCENCIA.
Ya lo he dicho, ya me quedo más a gusto.

Esto es como algunas guerras: te cobramos más de antemano por si pirateas, o sea, es un "robo preventivo" para disuadir a los ilegales (como las repatriaciones de los sin papeles). Y claro, como en España no hay usuarios honrados pues, todos contentos y la SGAEE colocada entre las empresa con mayor activo en capital de toda España, por encima de emporios como Zara o El Corte Inglés y a la par de las gordas como Repsol. ¡¡Qué asquito, la verdad!!

Son unos mierdas. Es que en España, gran país donde los haya (en sentido figurado, claro) los que hacen música y/o películas y/o escriben libros y tal están englobados en una sociedad que se llama Sociedad General de Autores y Editores Españoles y hace un par de años más o menos, decidieron que iban a imponer un impuesto valga la redundancia, que es exclusivamente para ellos en los CDs vírgenes por si acaso copiábamos videos, películas o canciones en ellos. de esta manera se aseguran que ganan dinero aunque no vendan discos "legales". Es que aquí el pirateo está a la orden del día. Pero no hay derecho.

Pues no sabía eso. Quizás eso también existe aqui pero nunca me he dado cuenta. Yo compro los discos virgenes, pago y no me entero de nada más.
Pero linda, los cd de música están cada vez más caros. Yo rara vez puedo darme el lujo de comprar alguno y eso hace más fácil que la gente pirateemos la música.
Hace como un mes compré dos canciones por internet y al querer subirlas a mi blog nadie podía entrar ni escuchar la música porque aparecía una ventana exigiendoles un registro para poder escucharla. Eso me enojó mucho. Aunque compres la música viene con tantas restricciones que no puedes hacer mucho con ella. Asi que es una razón más para que la gente prefiera copiar la música.
